My goal is constantly to improve my clients physical condition, and through my competent guidance, and unique training system for each one of them to attain their goals and even to go beyond their expectations. I believe that with regular exercise, correct diet and time to recover, every person can get in good shape. The thing which is characteristic for my training method is that i never overlook my client’s mistakes while doing an exercise. I also do not allow them to stay on the so called “plateau” rather than improving their skills. I treat all my clients like old friends of mine, trying to get the best of their training performance.

People see Boxing as a complex sport with a simple premise: defeat your opponent by either hitting him more effectively to win on a point system, or hitting him so hard that he can not continue fighting. The truth is that Boxing is so much more. It changes your life by developing your physical and mental powers and giving you strength and motivation to conquer your fears and achieve your goals. Boxing gives you confidence in yourself and purges the rage and stress from your body and mind.
